While attending law school, Joe’s dedication to business was evident when he became a finalist in the University of Baltimore's Rise to the Challenge Business Pitch Competition. After law school, Joe practiced as a business attorney before an opportunity arose to help establish an electrical contracting company in South Florida. There, he played a pivotal role in launching the company in the whole-house generator and swimming pool equipment installation markets, taking on roles from field technician to office administrator.

More recently, Joe began his electrical apprenticeship with the Harford County Electrical Contractors Association, finishing his first year at the top of his class. He is also a recipient of the 2022 Maryland Center for Construction Education and Innovation Scholarship for his advocacy of innovation and quality education in construction.

With an extensive background in home remodeling, Joe also founded Trades Connect, a home renovation company in Baltimore, Maryland. There, he managed a wide range of renovation projects, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels and exterior renovations. His experience includes transforming outdated kitchens and bathrooms into modern, functional spaces and enhancing homes with new siding, windows, and outdoor living areas. His deep understanding of the construction process, combined with his attention to detail, ensured that every project met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.



Eventually, Joe relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, to support his fiancée during her medical residency. Bringing with him years of experience in both home remodeling and electrical work, Joe now leads Ashley River Wired, where he continues his commitment to providing top-quality service. His diverse skill set and dedication to excellence ensure that every project is completed with the highest level of professionalism and precision.
